“ELECTRIC GUITAR ART”
Having spent nearly 40 years of his life playing guitar, and growing up in the psychedelic ‘60’s culture that spawned lava lamps and blacklight posters, Jimmy Limo has created a cool and trippy artform he calls “electric-guitar-art”. An art major in high school and at the University of Southern California, he has taken his love of music and infused it with a sense of peace and tranquil beauty that he discovered while living in Hawaii for 20 years. Taking the form of a dolphin leaping from blue Pacific waters, a palm-framed sunset on the Island of Maui, the glowing heart of the “spirit of aloha”, or the warm sun shining in the Hawaiian sky, Jimmy’s “guitar lights” are at once relaxing and mesmerizing. While they are attractive in the daytime with their multi-colored sparkle finish under five coats of 
varathane, they are downright gorgeous in a dimly lit living room, bedroom or studio. With their variable levels of brightness (dimmer switch included!) they can be bright and festive, or atmospheric and sexy, all at the touch of a button.
